Refer-a-friend Program Terms and Conditions

The Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program offers users the opportunity to receive referral credit on future Mystery Tackle Box purchases by referring new customers to Mystery Tackle Box. By participating in the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program, users agree to abide by these Referral Terms and Conditions and our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

Refer-A-Friend Program:

To participate, referrers ("Referrers") can visit shopkarls.com/refer-a-friend to register and refer friends, family members or colleagues who have never made a purchase from Mystery Tackle Box by following one of two methods: (1) complete the online instructions to enter the email address of a friend you wish to refer and an email will be sent to the friend by Mystery Tackle Box containing your unique referral link ("Referral Link"); or (2) copying the Referral Link and sending it to friend(s) by text, social media or your personal email account (a "Referral").

Each new customer you refer who registers for the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program using your Referral Link will receive a promo code redeemable for a one-time $10 discount off their first Mystery Tackle Box purchase made prior to the promo code's expiration date (a "Referral Discount Code").

For each Qualifying Purchase (as defined below) made using the Referral Discount Code, you'll also receive a $10 account credit usable towards your next Mystery Tackle Box purchase made prior to the promo code's expiration date (a "Referral Discount"). A "Qualifying Purchase" means a purchase made by a referred new customer using the Referral Discount Code that is either i) a three (3), six (6), or 12 month subscription, or ii) upon first month renewal “rebill” on a monthly subscription purchase; not returned or cancelled within thirty (30) days of purchase. If a referred new customer makes a purchase using any other link or method, does not renew a single month subscription, or returns all items purchased during the thirty (30) day period following the purchase date, the purchase will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and you will not earn a Referral Credit. Only one Referral Credit can be earned for each referred new customer. Any additional or subsequent purchases made by a referred new customer will not count as a Qualifying Purchase and you will not earn a Referral Credit for those purchases. In addition, only one Referral Discount Code may be redeemed by a referred new customer. Therefore, if multiple Referrers have referred the same friend, only one Referrer will be entitled to receive a Referral Credit and the friend will be eligible to redeem only one Referral Discount Code. The Referral Credit will be earned by the Referrer whose Referral Link was made to generate the Referral Discount Code that was redeemed in connection with a Qualifying Purchase. All other Referrals will automatically be invalidated. Referrers may refer up to ten referred new customers.

Eligibility:

To be eligible to participate in the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program, Referrers must be at least 18 years old. Each referred friend must be new to Mystery Tackle Box (can't already have an active or inactive Mystery Tackle Box account), at least 18 years old, must register for the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program using the Referral Link, and make a Qualifying Purchase using the Referral Discount Code prior to its expiration date.

Referral Discounts:

Referral Discounts may not be (i) combined with other offers, discounts, or promotions; (ii) sold or transferred; (iii) redeemed for cash; or (iv) or applied toward previous purchases or the purchase of gift cards. For Referrers, a total of $500 in Referral Credit can be earned and retained at any given time. For example, if a Referrer has referred 50 friends who have each made a Qualifying Purchase, the Referrer will be eligible for 50 Referral Credits, worth a total of $500, but additional qualifying purchases will not yield additional Referral Credits, until credit balance is below $500, in each case prior to its expiration date. All Referral Discount Codes and Referral Credits are subject to verification. We reserve the right to delay issuance of a Referral Discount Code or Referral Credit for the purposes of investigation and confirmation of validity. We may also refuse to verify and process any transaction we deem, in our sole discretion, to be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of these terms and conditions, or that we believe may impose potential liability on Mystery Tackle Box, its subsidiaries, affiliates or any of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives and agents.

Additional Terms, Conditions, Exclusions, and Restrictions:

Additional terms, conditions, exclusions, and restrictions may apply to Referral Credits or your use of Referral Discount Codes and Referral Credits, and Referral Discount Codes and Referral Credits may expire if not used by the date specified in the Referral Credit. Only individuals may participate in the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program. Referral Discount Codes and Referral Credits accumulated under the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program have no monetary or cash value and are for individual use only. Referral Credits may not be credited to any group, company, or other entity. Referral Discount Codes and Referral Credits and your account under the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program are personal to you and may not be sold, transferred or assigned to, or shared with, family, friends, or others. We reserve the right (in our sole discretion) to disallow Referral Discount Codes and Referral Credits that were issued in error or that were not earned legitimately. We reserve the right to modify, limit, terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program, its benefits and these terms at any time in our sole discretion and without notice to you. We may change the number or type of Referral Discount Codes or Referral Credits, or cap the number of Referral Discount Codes or Referral Credits you may earn in any time period. We reserve the right to make certain Referral Discount Codes or Referral Credits selectively available to certain subscribers at any time based on activity, geographical location, program participation or other factors determined in our sole discretion. The receipt of a Referral Discount Code or Referral Credit does not entitle Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program participants to any vested rights with respect to the Referral Discount Code or Referral Credit or the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program. You agree Mystery Tackle Box will not have any liability for any modification or termination of the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program, even if any modification or termination affects your ability to use any Referral Discount Codes or Referral Credits already issued. Upon termination of the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program, your Referral Discount Codes and Referral Discounts will automatically be canceled and you will not be permitted to redeem those Referral Discount Codes or Referral Credits. Referral Credits are void where prohibited by applicable law. We are not responsible for Referral Discount Codes or Referral Credits lost due to fraudulent or unauthorized use of your account. You agree not to engage in fraud or abuse in your use of the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program. Any fraud or abuse relating to your accumulation of Referral Credits or submission of referred new customers may result in the annulment of all Referral Credits earned under the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program as well as cancellation of your account. We reserve the right to monitor all Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program account activity and terminate your account and/or your participation in the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program if we believe (in our sole discretion) that you have violated any terms applicable to the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program, provided false or inaccurate information, abused the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program, or that the use of your account is unauthorized, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful or in violation of these terms. Mystery Tackle Box will have final decision in any disputes over Referral Discount Codes or Referral Discounts, Qualifying Purchases or your participation in the Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program.

The Mystery Tackle Box Refer-A-Friend Program is administered on our behalf by Friendbuy, Inc., 9663 Santa Monica Blvd Suite 184, Los Angeles, CA 90210 ("Service Provider").

General:

Referrers and friends must comply with Mystery Tackle Box Terms of Service and the terms and policies of any social media site where a referral link is posted/used. Referral Links are for individual, personal use only and may not be used for commercial purposes, which for the avoidance of doubt includes but is not limited to affiliate lead generation and bidding on Mystery Tackle Box search terms in connection with the Referral Link. Mystery Tackle Box reserves the right to cancel the Referral Program or to change these terms and conditions at any time in its sole discretion. Any unused Referral Links will be forfeited at that time. By participating in the Referral program you are agreeing to these terms and conditions, the Mystery Tackle Box Terms of Service and the Mystery Tackle Box Privacy Policy. Mystery Tackle Box reserves the right to revoke any discount otherwise disqualify any Referrer or friend in the event of any suspected fraud or violation of the terms and conditions.
