Mystery Tackle Box is giving away various prizes to five lucky fishermen who complete the 2016 Subscriber Survey (no retail value). The prizes will be awarded randomly to entrants who complete the survey. Entrants can only complete the survey one time. Deadline to complete the survey is February 29th. Winners will be drawn on Monday, March 14th and will be notified by email; winners will have 7 days to respond with any required information.
