Join Mystery Tackle Box in supporting a cause near and dear to the team: The Breast Cancer Research Foundation in honor of Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We will be donating the proceeds from our Pink Power Specialty Box to this amazing research foundation.

WHY BCRF for Breast Cancer Awareness Month?

During 2017-2018, the BCRF will support the nation’s brightest scientists with almost $60 million dollars of grants going to more than 275 scientists, universities, and institutions around the world. This will aid in their attempts to continue successful medical treatments, while also allowing them to try new and innovative approaches to beating the disease.

As with any donation, it is important to know your money is going to the proper cause. The Breast Cancer Research Foundation is one of the most trustworthy and credible of all charitable organizations. Here are some more stats on the foundation:

Currently, 91 cents of every dollar spent by BCRF is directed towards breast cancer research and awareness programs.
BCRF holds a 4-star rating from Charity Navigator. This is the 14th such designation since 2002.
They hold an A+ rating from CharityWatch. Making them the only breast cancer organization and cancer organization to receive its coveted A+ ranking.
