In David's case, his lungs were particularly affected. After hundreds of surgeries, years of fighting, and doctors doing everything in their power, his diagnosis is terminal.David, an avid angler and alumnus of the Texas State Bass Fishing Team, had one final wish: To fish with his idols, in a professional tournament, one of the Bass Central Opens.
