What is the impact of COVID-19 on Catch Co Operations?

The ongoing COVID-19 pandemic does not in any way change our commitment to our customers and partners. Throughout this challenging time we continue to create engaging content and best-in-class products for both Mystery Tackle Box and Karl’s Bait & Tackle.

 

  1. 1. Product fulfillment – Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we are experiencing longer than normal shipping times. Please allow for up to 7 business days for your order to ship from the time your order is placed.

  2. 2. Product supply – Intermittent factory closures are causing lower than normal levels of available inventory for certain products on Karl’s Bait & Tackle (note: there is currently no impact on Mystery Tackle Box). As a result, your favorite products may be unavailable either on our site or in-store with our various retail partners. We are working daily to ensure production ramps up as quickly as possible and hope to receive increased product supplies in the coming weeks.

Most importantly, please understand that our top priority is the health and safety of our customers, staff and partners. We apologize for any inconvenience the current situation is having on your experience and we appreciate your support, patience and understanding during these challenging times.

Am I at risk for COVID-19 from a package or products?
Per the CDC: “In general, because of poor survivability of these coronaviruses on surfaces, there is likely very low risk of spread from products or packaging that are shipped over a period of days or weeks at ambient temperatures. Coronaviruses are generally thought to be spread most often by respiratory droplets. Currently there is no evidence to support transmission of COVID-19 associated with imported goods and there have not been any cases of COVID-19 in the United States associated with imported goods. Information will be provided on the Coronavirus Disease 2019 (COVID-19) website as it becomes available.”
