Skirted Rat 'n Rat

The Kahara Skirted Rat N Rat will get you bites on the top water through pads, muck, and near banks. Anywhere some sort of rodent or frog would accidentally fall into the water, this realistic body will get you bites. The hooks are virtually weedless, so you can skip it pretty agressively through muck or around cover, but keep both hands on the rod. Something is coming up to the top to grab a snack!
