This bait is an absolute killer when paired with a swim jig! Try fishing a swim jig/Hyper Worm combo in the springtime when searching the shallows for spawning bass. This combo is a great alternative to fishing a spinnerbait or swimbait. For a more subtle presentation, you can also rig this worm on a weighted swimbait hook and fish it the same way. Try 12 - 14 lb fluorocarbon or 30 lb braided line when fishing this technique around grass.

The Hyper Worm also excels on a traditional Texas-rig. Thread this worm onto a 3/0 hook with a 1/4 to 1/2 oz weight, cast it towards the nearest cover, and hold on tight! To get the most out of the unique action of the Hyper Worm's tail, try swimming or stroking this worm and letting it fall back to the bottom.
