Kinchou Minnow

The Matzuo Kinchou Minnow features a wide, rolling wobble unlike any other deep diving crankbait! While most big bodied deep diving crankbaits are designed to mimic shad, the Kinchou Minnow’s slender profile more closely resembles baitfish such as alewifes, emerald shiners, and other minnow-like fish.

The Kinchou Minnow also has an intriguing distressed baitfish look due to its flared-gill design, a feature totally unique to the Kinchou series of hard baits from Matzuo.

This bait features a large lip that causes it to dive rapidly, but you can also increase its maximum diving depth by using a thinner diameter line such as 8 - 10 lb fluorocarbon. Also, try using a medium to medium heavy action baitcasting combo when fishing the Matzuo Kinchou Minnow. Fish this bait around main lake points, deep water humps, and parallel to deep weedlines!
