Weighted Stroker Hook

The Weighed Stroker is a great wide-gapped swim bait hook developed by Moaner Hooks in partnership with Rage Tail. This fishing hook has a hand-assembled screw lock to help keep your bait in place.

While this hook can be fished with traditional swimbaits, one of our favorite presentations for this bait is called the "Rage Rig." This rig was developed specifically for Rage Tail creature baits like the Space Monkey. This rig allows the bait to fall horizontally instead of vertically, giving it more action and allowing it to drift in to the strike zone.

If you prefer to customize your fishing hooks and jigs, one thing you can do is paint the weight with a jig head epoxy to match it to the color of your bait.
