Billy Goat

This lure is great for inshore saltwater fishing. Tie the popping cork right to your braided line, with a foot or so of leader from the cork to the bait. Cast out the whole rig and give it a good pop every few seconds. Especially effective if things are slow, or when sight fishing is a no-go.
