This lipless crank is the perfect bait for covering a lot of water in varying depths. It has a 2.5 inch body and will free fall in balance with an active flutter that will drive the bass wild. This lure is best fished with varying retrieve speeds, while keeping tension on your line. Kevin VanDam used this crankbait in his 2010 win of the Bassmaster Classic in Lay Lake, Alabama. Use a medium or medium heavy 6’9” rod with with a fast tip so that you can effectively rip it from underwater vegetation to trigger strikes.
